I had mine done there also. It’s bored all the way through. There does end up being a lip on the manifold so I just took some carbide tip bits and bored it out to match.

I’ve got a JG bored and a BLOX IM, kinda soggy in the mid-band, until I put on my DC 4-2-1, magnaflow cat, 2.25" piping, and magnaflow street muffler. now it pulls strong throughout the band, it’ll help even more when I get my crower 404’s in. I’m curious about inneedofhelp setup, he must have a lot of other work done to up his redline to 8200, which makes a big difference when people are considering this mod, since most of us have a redline of 6500
ive actually had it past 8500 just didnt make any more power so i lowered it
I just got my TB back from Maxbore. I haven’t installed it, but the TB looks awesome. It went from 58mm to 62mm (same as ITR).
Maxbore does nice work 
Make sure you port match your Intake Manifold to 62mm also.

quick quest i am a noob i know but will a 62mm bored will work well with a stock im.? i have a 92 gsr i just wanna do some quick things before my car gets out of the garage.
I believe it will, just as long as you port match your Intake manifold at the Throttle body opening.
