JDM CARBOY has screwed me over for the last time, they never ship out my customers orders, provide tracking #'s , never answer calls or emails. They have poor customer service to say the least in the few words that I can say without getting all R rated. Do some on research and you will see what I mean.

Yeah, if you search around you will find many stories saying the same thing. I live in Florida and I ordered some things a while ago, and I have to agree that the customer service sucked! I ended up cancelling my oreder. They didn’t answer the emails, and very few times the phone. On the other hand, I think that if you go personally (if you live in cali) the results are different. I say that because I gave my buddy that lives in California some money and he went to the store and they had everything they said they had, and even gave him some really good deals on a couple of things. I have heard similar stories saying that locally they are great, but over the phone or out of state they suck.

yea i ordered my headlights from them and it took me over a month to receive them i was very upset and then when i got them the corner was chipped

hes been scamming people since he was allbodykits.com, he shut that down started jdmcarboy and did the same thing over again. Its kind of like groundhogs day.
