my window dosent go under the wheater strip correctly

my window dosent go under the wheater strip correctly so i have to push it in from outside. As soon as i open it and get in the car i get a big gap. my other window shuts correctly. I read the teg tip of the window adjusment but it is a little to vauge. How can i fix this can i replace the molding because i think it is shot (the gap i have is pretty big)

:gayfight:…Proof reading your post will help out…LOL

that would work huh

when youre in the car roll it down then roll it up. it works for me. or leave a little gap and get window visors.

When i just shut the door normally not much of a gap but its there
when i roll it down and roll it back up the gap gets bigger. so that dont work for me

honestly only way to fix this is to take the door panel apart and adjust them. You might have to regrease the window guide to help it move up smoothly.

i did that once. and i didnt get any results althought i didnt grese the tracks. so maybe thats were i went wrong

It could be one end of the track is a little sticker then the other, causing one to go up slower then the other. By the way take a picture of it and show the gap.

well the problem isnt how slow it rolls up. Its that i have a gap when the window is closed it like come out from under the weather strip. the only way i can make it go under is from outside but it still dosent look right. the passenger window lays flus agains the weather strip drivers side dosent lay flush

I might know the problem but i would like to see a couple pictures, to see where the gap is at. I’m looking at one of the service manual and its showing me how to adjust your glass. Toward your car or away from your car.

As I’ve stated in a similar post by another user I have copied the Factory Service Manual pages that instruct you on how to adjust the window, If you would like them either send me an email to mzeglis@gmail.com stating that you would like a copy or post your email addy here so that I can send them to you. They are in a PDF format.
