You should have no problem in using those heck i used '96 Prelude SR-V injectors in my car with no probs…you may run into issues if they are saturated cause you’ll need a resistor pack to run them but i am pretty sure you won’t have to worry about that at all, just swap’em in!..HTH.

if you wanted to go bigger go w/ someone in on buy a set of ford v8 injectors and get a 96 eclipse fuel rail…they say it flows allot better than some aftermarket ones. … plus its a cheap mod
Yours are nonOBD and 94 are OBD1. Yours are peak and hold and 94 are saturated type. Doesn’t sound like a match to me. They are both 240 c.c., why change at all?
Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
hmm, could someone tell me the difference between saturated and peak and hold?
I have a set of '96 LS injectors, balanced by RC Eng that i want to put in my car, will I have problems?
Thanks,
Adam
yes, you will have problems…
90-91 (non-OBD) injectors are a low resistance, peak and hold style injector. This style uses an injector resistor box located on the firewall on the driver side. A cheap upgrade would be OBD1 H22a injectors, rated at 330cc which are also a low resistance peak and hold style injector. That may be a bit of overkill for anything but a fairly built (high CR/boosted) motor though.
92-93 (OBD1) injectors are high resistance, saturated type injectors. A cheap upgrade for this year car would be to use OBD2 H22a injectors, and splice on the injector plugs to your harness. You could use a low resistance injectors if you splice in the nonOBD injector resistor box .
***Using the wrong resistance injector WILL fry the injector drivers circuits on the ECU board.
Also, FYI, all B series injectors (LS, GSR, B16a, ITR) are rated at 245cc, the OBD2 H22a’s are rated at 290cc, OBD1 H22a’s are rated at 330cc, automatic eclipse turbo injectors at 440cc, and RX7/Supra Twin Turbo’s at 550cc…

icic, ok thanx.
its just that my car punched out a code 43, fuel system. I read the manual and they said it may be the injectors. Since I have a 1994 set sitting around (remember my top end is from a 1994 B18B?) I thought I’d swap them in and see if that was the problem.
Guess i can’t do that.
well…
the few times that I have gotten that code it has been an intermittent one. Can be a number of things, such as o2, map, system too rich/too lean, etc. Clear it, and most likely it wont come back.

yes, I’vee gotteen it only oncee. but my car idles sometimes at 1300, 1100, 900, 600, etc…
and at idle it sounds sh!tty so I would like to fix it.
All my injectors tick…so I’m wondering if it could be the pressure cutoff valve…(kind of smokeed it a littlee puttin the motor back in)
O2 was changed quite receently…(2 months ago? leess?)
FPR was seet to 38psi at timee the code punched out 43, and now at 36 (both with hosee conneected)

You can use high impedance injectors in a 90-91 Integra. You will ruin the ecu if you use low impedance injectors in a 92-93 Integra without a ballast.

hard to believe but yup its true. some cheap honda-tech people have tried it & it works for them…
in other words max, you can use your 94 injectors.
