trying to permanently install a roof rack in my beater teg but all the trim inside is stuck to the point that it will break everything if i pull it out.
so before i get into it i wanted to see if i could get someone to upload some good pictures of the interior roof corners from the inside with the headliner removed and sunroof still in. should give me some ideas.
some measurements might be needed too but nothing too annoying, just need a good spot on the corners between the rain gutter, sunroof and windshield and then in the back corners between rain gutter/sunroof pan.
will be drilling a quarter inch from the outside, and then coming from the inside with a 1 inch hole in the headliner which will be plugged with plastic when it’s all done.
and in case anyone was wondering, its so i can haul a 13 foot long 85 pound kayak and leave it on the rack when the car is parked because i don’t have anywhere else to put it.

if i leave it on the car with no rack to support it flat it will warp the kayak, i cant leave the bow and stern lines attached either
I don’t want the kayak turning into a $600 camouflage banana.
