Hi, I’ve been looking for a cat-back system and would like your opinions on which ones i should try to get. A few names have come up and I want you opinions on what you think of them. I’m leaning towards the Greddy MX, Tanabe Racing Medallion, or Thermal R&D. Any advice you guys have on these would be great. Open to any other systems too if you think it’s nice. I’m looking for a sound thats deep but not too loud. Hopefully pretty quiet on the freeway. Also if you know any good places to buy an exhaust let me know. I’m leaning towards the Greddy Mx though because I’ve heard good things about it. Let me know what you think of the Greddy or anything else. Thanks guys.
To add a little more…I have a 91 integra GS 2-dr. On the Greddy site it states that it fits the ls/rs models. Will it also fit on my car?
it should fit, i mean they are all the same car, same motor, same length…Yeah i have the MX and it sounds great, i have a dcsports header and a testpipe and its really loud! and it sounds great! but the header and test pipe make it alot louder than it is by itself. my friend got it on his crx because he loved the way mine sounded, and his is alot quieter than mine. i would highly recomend it, but i love the looks of the tanabe racing medallion and it sounds great! the thermal is pretty damn sweet sounding as well, id say either way they are all nice!
the Tanabe Racing Medallion is supposed to be pretty loud. If you’re looking for something that sounds deep but not too crazy loud check out the Tanabe Hyper Medallion. I’ve got one on my teg and it sounds awesome! Here’s some clips of what it sounds like. BTW it’s full stainless steel too (not aluminizd steel)
