You do understand how lame your question is right? But I’ve seen an AE86 with the S2000 engine, so I wouldn’t be surprised. Anyway, yes it can be done, provided:
a) You must have lots of money
b) Use the S2000 engine/tranny since other VTEC engines (not sure about NSX though) are for FWD…unless you want FWD.
c) Unless you can modify the tranny somehow and also attach a viscous coupling unit, you can toss 4x4 capabilities out the window.
d) Engine mounting problems (time to hire a good engineer).
e) Possible axle related problems (for FWD applications).
f) Interior modification problems (ie. gauge cluster, SHIFTER problems, etc.)
g) You must have lots of money…oh did I say that already? Well, I’m saying it again;)
Good luck and don’t forget to post pics when done,
Oz
“v-tec”… hmmmmmmmm have you ever seen the top of a b16, b18 (c or c5), or any honda motor equipped with that magical feat of engineering of which you “speak”, for that matter? obviously not, so why would you even think of undertaking such a huge project? oh yeah, and… :wrong: also oz pretty much nailed the non-asshole answer to this query. haha, query.
Guys, this kid is 14. This is also a double post.
Moderator, please close one down. Thanks.
