Need Help! Car won't start!

The other day my car died while I was driving. It turns over but will not start. I have completely replaced my ingnition system (it needed it) ie. new distributer housing, new ignition coil, new distributer cap, and new spark plugs, and it still won’t start. I also found an oil leak and was completely out of oil. A buddy that’s a mechanic said it could have been a kill switch on the fuel pump because of the low oil. My coil is firing. I have already put oil in and it still won’t start. Do I need to reset the kill switch? How do I do this? Any help would be appreciated. I have a '92 Integra GS-R. Thanks

Ryan

First off, there is no kill switch for the fuel pump for when your low on oil. Whatever that “mechanic” is smoking must be good…

Have you replaced the ignitor in the distributor?? It seems that is the only key thing you didnt mention on your ignition replacement. Do you know if the spark is actually going all the way from the distributor to the plugs??
Are you sure that you are getting fuel to your engine?? It could be a dead main fuel relay. Pull out the spark plugs and crank it over and see if the cylinders start filling with gas. If they do, then your fuel system is alright.
Chech those things first and let me know what happens.

Being low on oil has nothing to do with why your car died on you. If it was due to low levels of oil, it would have siezed and it wouldnt have cranked back over.

It works

1 little screw messed the whole thing up. My friend that was helping me forgot to screw the lead into the upper connection point of my coil. 1 screw and it fired right up. Thanks for all the help guys.
