My brakes make this grinding/groaning noise. I cant tell if it is front or rear. I new my pads were low in the front so I had the rotors and pads up front replaced, but it still makes the grinding/groaning noise .
It only makes the noise under a very hard stop like going down a step incline at 55mph and coming to a stop under heavy load. it gets louder & louder until I come to a complete stop and kinda vibrates the steering wheel. I checked the pads in the rear and they seem fine. Other, than that every day driving and avoiding large hills, the brakes seem ok. Anyone know what this could be?
