Its not going to change. Either check the forsale threads, post a WTB , OR check local junkyards. I’m sure PA has ATLEAST 1 junkyard where you can pick and pull parts yourself.
Most junkyards charge 40-60 for bumpercovers. It may take some time to find the right one, but for the price you cant beat it. If you do your research on skirts, you can use sideskirts from a number of hondas with some modification, for example the g3 and 95 accord side skirts. You just need to look around and see what you can find. Junkyards are hit or miss, but the only way to find anything is to look.
