Need suggestions for more "show"

So I’ve kinda hit a stand still with the DB2.

Anybody got some suggestions or ideas for more “show” ? just anything you can see that adds a little cool/sweet factor
I like to think the cars pretty clean, but theres gotta be more I can do to this teggy

side markers? side skirt? i think a intercooler looks sick but a fake one would be a waste. if you say show, im thinking air bag suspension. not a normal teg move.

is that padding under your hood?

That stance looks good already…get some window visors…moon roof visor…hood bra…side skirts…struts/sways energy suspension kit…get a roof rack with those bike rack that looks like you can launch missiles lol Jkjk…Oh yeah…do a full wire tuck…

i would go lower and do a nicer stance with some camber etc, but Im in the city and its my DD, I was actaully 1.5" lower i coudlnt go anyhere!

I actaully really want bag suspension if i could go back i would have bought them, arent they a few grand?

might be a noob question but can you have a intercooler in there without turbo that actaully has a purpose?

Yup thats padding/heat shield, i beleive only the gs’rs had them,I have one for sale if anyone wants it

yea if i can find the moon visor that would be sick , i found one but was sold already :frowning: hood bra is so rare too, skirts i would definetly destroy haha

Keep as clean and stock as you can…. That as good as it gets! BTW Nice Canadian Black DB2.

More color to make it pop. You bay looks pretty colorful. Any close ups of that? If you haven’t done a wire tuck I would strongly recommend that. Makes a bay look sooo much better

And yes you can buy air bags. Ksport sells a kit. From what I just read, it’s completely bolt on too, so no fabbing anything up. But yes the cheaper one was $2400

IMO:

  • remove rear wiper
  • remove emblems, shave holes, paint
  • remove antenna, shave, paint (or plug w/ OEM cap)
  • remove useless tow hook
  • clean up engine bay
  • remove round stick on mirror from side view mirror
  • color match your gas door
  • color match your bumper plugs
  • remove shocker sicker
  • choose a color and stick with it (blue engine bay components plus red brake calipers?)
  • real wheels, not fakes

car looks good, I’d say side skirts and more low but vancouver is a shitty city to drive in.

carbon hood with stock heat padding would be pretty cool,(never see that)
carbon hatch with carbon lip wing.
window visors and carbon roof cap would be sick.
change up the wheels.
nice wire tuck adds alittle bit of wow.
hood struts just to be alittle different.
detail the shit out of the paint buff polish wax
honda emblems
mugen rep skirts or rsx skirts
quick release wood grain steering wheel with matching shift knob
get rid of pillar pods
harness bar and racing harness

Ahh no wonder I’ve been looking all over for that insulated hood thing lol…cause I remember my db2 had it and I’ve been looking for it at the junk yard all this time…I thought they was on any DA…but I guess I don’t really need it anymore since I’ve deleted some stuff on my G-Ride…

IMO:

  • remove rear wiper — – i would but its my dd and theres so much rain in vancouver I need it
  • remove emblems, shave holes, paint----- I would but painting the whole trunk just to cover up pinholes isnt worth it to me
  • remove antenna, shave, paint (or plug w/ OEM cap)----- this i should do but not sure how to
  • remove useless tow hook - i got it just for cosmetic reasons
  • clean up engine bay— guess i wire tuck is all i can do
  • remove round stick on mirror from side view mirror----- these actually come in use for me
  • color match your gas door----- done
  • color match your bumper plugs—done
  • remove shocker sicker-----done
  • choose a color and stick with it (blue engine bay components plus red brake calipers?)—i have a series of themes, the interior is all black with red stitch, the calipers are orange because of the rear ambers and front ambers
  • real wheels, not fakes -----actually wouldnt mind switching up the rims, but i cant afford real rims, as long as they look good they dont have to be brand name for me

you can get an internal power antenna if you shave the antenna.

get rid of pillar pods–haha no can do , i added them into the interior for “show” i actually have 4, 2 on the dash aswell, ricey i know but i really like them hah

harness bar and racing harness— this would be cool to do, i should take out my back seats. im getting the car tuned soon, so maybe onces its tuned ill take it to the track and actually need those
