Hey man how much did you spend overall on your OBD1 swap?
$90 for the obd1 distributor (brand new off of amazon.com)
$125 chipped PR4 ecu from richtuned motorsports
$90 obd0-obd1 convert harness (richtuned)
$40 for the obd0-obd1 distributor plug N play harness (RYWIRE)
so $345 total. took me 30mins to install everything and was turn key and ran fine w/o any check engine lights.
you have no idea lol. just need all the maitnance parts for the motor and then im going to start to pull it and get it all done. But got to wait til the 22nd for more parts. You still have that intake?
Damn haha, that’s a pretty penny. But with my B20B running with a aftermarket intake mani, throttle body, intake, and full exhaust it’s begging for a tune. How’s the car feel now? Any better?
yeah but i wanted all new parts not used lol. I havnt put the b20 in yet but the obd1 conv i could tell an difference with my basic mods and the tune. im getting my ecu reflashed for a b20 base map for free from my buddys shop but the LS did good for a while til one morning it took a while to crank it and it started to smoke ever since then ive parked it but picked up the b20 yesterday.
Nice man. The B20 is a nice little motor. I enjoy mine a lot. It’s also nice that all B18 parts transfer over ha. Alright man well I appreciate the insight on the cost. I definitely need to do mine soon
yeah the b20 should be a nice motor and mines with the P8R head. and 9:2:1 comp i think?

when i get everything ready for my b20 swap lol. right now its been sitting for a few weeks but i start it every day tho. my b20 with the P8R head will be delivered on the 22nd and that day ill be tearing the b20 apart and doing all wonderful maitnance and cleaning it up before i swap it in. Your welcome to stop by sometime and help out or just kick it.
BUT SHOULD BE WITHIN a few weeks.
heres all i need for my swap
new motor mounts (going to order innovations)
timing belt
water pump & gasket
spark plugs
all fluids
new axles (mine could need of replacing lol)
reflash my ecu for b20 base maps/street tune at his shop “STOCK CUSTOMS” (getting from my friend for $20)
install my camber ki
get new tires
alignment
and fix a minor exhaust leak
oh dude we need to fix my fogs the plug ripped lol.
I gotchu. How’d it get ripped out? And an exhaust leak already!? Didn’t you just get a new exhaust?
upgraded it to 2" piping instead of the 1 3/4" piping and theres an leak where the muffler connects to the back rear tire and the muffler has a leak but its all under warrenty so its all good. Might put a preformance muffler on but idk let lol. Ripped out of what? my axles are bad and if your talking about the old LS its still in the car ima about to pull the motor soon so i can put the b20 in. Might get a stock clutch if i cant get the old clutch off of my old motor cause it was stuck on my old LS pretty good lol. you should take a drive up this way and help with the swap or kick it or something bro
ohh for the fogs the little connector peice broke off and stuck inside the accessory pannel so now my fogs dont work at all.

Competition Clutch 
I have the stage one on my car and it’s pretty awesome. Not too expensive either.
mine is an stage 1 clutch but it was on my spair LS so i used it i was saying i might bring it to stock if i cannot get this one off lol.
im down! Yeah im fixing alot but might as well since everything is out and id rather have all new parts so i know forsure that it’ll all work and maybe we can turn it into a mini DA meet at mi case lol. i know that sumillshit will mob up and some other people up north will mob over so we can turn it into a honda day to work on all of our cars. i got air tools too so might workout to our advantages.
