Hi, my name is Braedon. I have had my 91 RS for about 2-2 1/2 years now, and have done some bodywork to it. Yes, it is currently a complete ricer, but I hope to do a 5-speed swap and either an engine rebuild + turbo or LS/VTEC next summer

Thanks guys! as far as de-ricing goes, I’m not taking anything off but the spoiler. This bodywork was all done as a project that my dad and cousin helped me on (plus the kit and taillights were free)
One pieces are a priority right after cleaning the shifter connections and new alternator, but above a 5 speed swap. After that I’m deciding between Godspeeds ($650) or Skunk2 sleeve coilovers/Koni yellow Shocks ($290 +600)
My biggest problem is that I need the shocks to be adjustable to near-stock height as well as a 1 inch drop. Otherwise that cuts out my ability to drive through an entire province where 90% of my family resides
Because aside from the fact that I can pick up 2-4 a week from the junk yard, and it is a completely different blue powdered over a silver, It looks half decent on my car
Also, 2 days after I bought the armrest, I finally found one in Pick n Pull I just left it for someone else to enjoy
Don’t let let people on here discourage you from the rice items. i have a few myself but the fact is i really like them so to each his own. i also have an auto 92 ls that i love to pieces. the top thing on my list of mods is a manual swap as well. then possible turbo eventually. i have owned my car since 2001 or so. i will be making more adjustments to it in the next few weeks. adding a factory style rear wing with LED brake light and i will be replacing the M3 crappy mirrors finally with my factory ones. Waiting to finish painting them. i went with the clear one pieces because im going for a modernized style and look with the car, not really a rice look. although some might think so.

Hey man i wasn’t saying you where being discouraging lol. I just catch a lot of shit on this forum for my body kit but i don’t care. I actually perpously got that kit 8 years ago with intent of it not looking as ricy as all the other kits at the time. Thanks for the compliments dude. Good luck with your build!
Me too… I wasn’t trying to descourage you, or anybody. I respect the fact that you’ve put alot of time into you car. And whatever you do to it it’s ok with me. i mite ask a question here and there but I wont ripe at you or any1. I try to encourage people into doing what they always wanted. and i will also encourage you to do what’s best for you, besides you’ll be the one driving it.
I want that armrest real bad. where did you get it at cause i’ve been looking for one for a long time and I can’t seem to find one, especially as clean as yours is. Damm am jeleous. ha ha.
