Cleean.
oh no. we loooove the 6.0
ficm’s, injectors, blown egr coolers, high pressure oil leaks and so on and so on…
long as you have the IDS and all the great rotunda testing and installation equipment, you are set.
oh, and can’t forget about the head gaskets lol.
they’re actually great motors. really. just need to stud them, delete the egr and throw in all the high pressure oil updates. the bottom ends are solid as a rock. but 10 bolts per head? not good enough. not with an egr cooler that’s prone to leaking. dunno what international was thinking. one of the reasons they split from ford for sure
Sorry for the long wait alot has been going on but i promise pics tomorrow. also did a shark atack 2 antenna from lo custom, technafit stainless braided brake lines, new oem honda master as mine was bad. Right now it’s sitting on jacks in my driveway as it was 930 at night and i couldnt see anything so all thats left is bleeding and flushing. I also agree the 6.0 is a good engine. Run good fuel, oil every 5k, fuel filters every 10k and that covers alot of problems. I actually just finished the 6.7 class on friday. There’s alot of new things theyre trying out on it to try and rectify from the 6.0 6.4.
Edit: Also have been deciding whether or not I want to keep the car or not. I question it alot because it seems like i find something else wrong every other day. Right front spring is broken, RF caliper frozen but replaced it already, clutch release bearing now makes noise. No a/c. Just questioning if I feel like dealing with it anymore.
how much would you want for it?
