so i fell out of the game i was building a 280z, but the honda bug bit me again. you know when u get that itch… u know u must scratch. so for those that don’t know… i had a DA… it made 445hp and this is it.

So i jus got a new DA shell. I first started taking all the interior out. I also decided to to do a wire tuck while im at it.

Took the motor out the old teggy

Here are some pics of the new shell which is gonna get painted EBP later this week

I also decided to spray the engine bay. so here are the pics of the engine bay

And here is my wieght recuduced front bumper support… to mount my front mount… had to do a little bit of cutting… just a snip here n there :scared: the top one is original… bottom is the modified one…

And btw can anyone tell me what steering wheel this is?

Input is highly appreciated and also planning to retune for Jan… Going for the mid 6’s low 7’s

Its out of a 90/91 lude. Almost bought one from the junkyard a few days ago, but it was faded, and to pricey!

if my da wasn’t my dd god I’d be putting it in the garage to do all of that to it lol strip it down to nothing part everything then wire tuck and back together.

koo! curious: do you sand the engine bay a bit before spraying or just straight spray on?

Lookin good so far. Did you take your old DA to the track for some slips? 445whp you should do low 11’s with slicks.

Im not big on the gold engine bays, but that looks like a mean motor setup.:up:

Why does everyone call this the game or the scene? Are you doing this to be cool or something? I also see that you’ve seen some painted engine bays on the internet and decided to copy lol
