Hey guys, my name is Kyle and I’m new here, sorta. I’ve been on g2ic since 2002-03 but I forgot my username and just recently decided to post here more often so I had to get a new name and etc because I couldn’t remember my old one.
Anyways, I’ve had 10 Hondas so I consider myself really educated when it comes to these vehicles. I live in Memphis TN at the moment but on May 8th I leave to move to Seattle/Tacoma WA to finally start my family and continue to graduate school. My degree is in Film and Cinema Production.
Enough about me and on to my car - 1992 DB2

Also, I stayed in Tacoma last year and a week after I got there my last DA was stolen and this is how it was recovered
and this is how she used to look before it was stolen
that theft ruined my whole summer and really screwed me over
If you live in Lakewood or the Tacoma area and you have my parts I hope Karma gets you everyday.
Anyways that’s just a little bit about me, Hopefully this time when I move to Seattle/Tacoma permanently, it doesn’t happen to my new love.
I wondered what happened to this DB2. I own the original DB2 hatch(aztec green) from this car. I bought it from the guy who originally did the build/restore. Good to see that the car went to a good home.
For sure! Especially after your misfortune with the previous DA. At the same time, your old car getting stolen might have been the factor that pushed you into to this! But I have no clue lol.
yea man, it was a 1 owner vehicle with all garaged miles and not a single piece wrong with it, it was about to get a build i had about 6k saved to build it and then some asshole jacked me 6 days after I got to Tacoma to stay for the summer, fuck thieves, I respect other people’s property, I’m a poor dude putting myself through college and some jerk ruined my whole fucking summer

you got it on the dot, but dude, I’m obsessed with restoring this car and making sure it gets the proper attention, I’ve already got an Icu ordered, I’ve pulled up the cowl and fixed the drip/leak holes, I’ve replaced all the fluids, new tires, new axles, honda oil filter only, i fixed the trans grind, fixed the passenger side hid, in the fall it’ll get more upgrades as long as people keep their hands off of it and respect other people’s passions, it’s sad that people can’t keep their hands off of shit…
I really hope to finish the rear suspension, get an s2k antenna, some rpf1’s, lower k Hid’s with glare guards and a race header and a better intake and a new tune, oh and i want to get the Tanabe Touring Medallion exhaust instead of the HKS hi power, it’s all a plan in motion haha, fall gets here and she stays safe and it’l be completed

Haha cool! Everything worked out for the best! Looking at the last pic of the db2, and the pic of the car before it got stolen…thats a hell of an upgrade. IMO you now have one of the nicest 90-93 integras out there. Way to be man!

me too, I’m currently a senior in Film and Cinema Production at the University of Memphis, I’m moving to Seattle to live with my gf and her son and I’m finishing up on my electives by taking them online so I can live in the west coast and still take classes at the U of M. Then I hope to go to grad school somewhere in the NW and I’d love to work as a camera man for the Seattle Sounders.
