This is a question about my tranny…duh…I have an auto and when I drive there is this high pitched but barely audible vibration sound coming from my engine when it switches gears…any suggestions? Maybe a new tranny?

Stick to the easy stuff first and see what ur tranny fluid level is at…THe dipstick is located to the left(when u open the hood) of the engine…Should be juss under the intake pipe…

Just put tranny fluid in a month ago and checked it two days ago and its still at a good level…
Does it upshift and downshift smoothly???
If it does i wouldnt worry about it…
do you hear when it upshifts or downshifts? Or does it happen all the time?
Also does it happen on 1st/2nd gear or 3rd/4th or all the gears ?
Switches fairly smothly little bit rough, happens when upshifting, and on all gears…
it sound like something is in a bind. check your motor mount and stuff like that.
