Nitto NT 450 Extreme Performance

1st let me say this: without proper alignment i had these tires for about…5-6 months and they were all torn to shit. it was mostly my fault, i got my camber kit put on and never got it aligned.

NOW allow me to praise them. with proper alignment i am pretty sure they will last a bit longer (they damn well better). however their real saving grace is the performance. in BOTH wet and dry they handle mint.

it has rained here for the past few days and i just went out to drive in itto see how the tires handled. and man i could not get them to budge. off the line is i revved pretty high i could get them to spin a bit, but not much.

and in dry they handle just as well if not better. i highly reccommend these tires to anyone, especially at 50$ a tire, cant really go wrong.

please forgive any spelling errors

thanks

joe

i agree with you Sir!!
i have those tires on the teg…
-traction is good but once in awhile the tires are chirped when launching for dead stop
-on wet condition they stick like a duct tape
-on dry condition while cornering they grip good but i always have to prepare for loosing the grip when cornering above 50mph on sharp curve.
the tires are 205/50/15 rated V
its the best tires for the money

ive got the 205/50/15’s

and i love every min of it lol

i can get 2nd to chirp ONCE and a while, 3rd definetly not, not even close

joe

joe

dood joe are you serious? you have a b18c, stage 2 clutch, and decent mods and you cant chirp 3rd? those must be some serious tires.

i have a b16a with i/h/e/chip and i can chirp 3rd easy on a stock clutch. but i have dayton daytona tires or some shit lol

i think i’ll pick myself up a set if they’re only $50 a piece. i thought about a set of falken azenis but it rains way too hard and too often in GA for those.

where can i get them for 50 apiece?

lol, yea i agree. it is rather odd. we will have to see what the outcome is when i throw my stage II head on there complete with skunk2 internals

yea ive got a crazy chipped ECU as well, damn thing gets me the worst gas milage ever…lol

and the tires are avaliable at http://www.discounttiredirect.com or more specifically http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/findTireDetail.do?cs=205&pc=40094&rd=15&ar=50

there ya go!
