No battery light, fuel pump doesn't kick on.

The only thread i found in regards to my problem is below. It wasnt answered and if someone could provide some info it would be appreciated.

When you put your key in accessory position, does the check engine light stay on, or does it click off?

Could be your main fuel relay, located under the dash on the drivers side.
