i need to adjust the timing i know cel works fine cause i have code 17. when i jumped the service connector with wire and a paper clip cel didnt come on at all, mine is a obd0 b20b with ls ecu i ve searched without any clear out info.

sometimes you really need to jam the paperclip in there to make good contact. as the pins get old and corroded
