Okay so after driving from wrk on a hot day my car didnt start, A day later it randomly started up! I tested the ignition switch and it had power and I tested drove the car for a mile. Next day I drive the car 12mi to a friends house. Upon leaving the car wouldnt start again. I used a test light at the switch and so enough no powoer at the switch on the starter. I have power everywhere just no crank but it does pop start so i put a brand new ignition switch in and that wasnt the problem I’m not getting any clicks frm the starter but i tested it and it was good. I looked at a wiring diagram and It cud be a starter relay, clutch switch, or Main relay or bad wire SOMEONE HELP!!!
If you had searched…you would find any of the one weekly threads involving this EXACT same issue. Probably more than one on the same page too.
Main relay more than likely. Ignition switch would be more of a crank over then die right away.

I turned the key to the on position and the main relay clicked twice That means its good correct? But i looked at the wiring 2day and I saw that the only things that causes no power to the ignition switch on the starter are the the starter relay or clutch switch because the clutch switch is the ground for the starter relay

Just because the PGM-FI Main Relay “clicks”, does not mean it is good, however the fact that you can “pop” start the car does mean the PGM-FI Main Relay is good and you do not have a main relay problem.
As you already know if there is no power to the starter solenoid exciter lead then it must be either an ign. switch starter output lead problem, CIS problem, starter relay problem or wiring, to test…
Test the black/white at ign. switch harness for power when ign. switch is turned to start, if good unplug the CIS and install a jumper into the plug and try starting the car, if still no go find and bypass the starter relay, if still no go it is a wiring problem.94
do you have a strut tower bar? mine ruined the connections coming out of my under hood fuse box the teg would just die during driving and do absolutely nothing until i jiggled the under hood fuse box
