Ok, 90 Integra LS, OBD-1 conversion harness LS/Vtec… Tested my distributor… everything in there is in spec. i replaced my main fuel relay still nothing. Checked all the fuses and everything. Is there something else that could cause the car not to spark? this happened to one of my other cars and i never ended up figuring it out. Oh i also replaced the igniter as well.
Really need help this has been pissing me off i have 32 miles on the LS/vtec and i would like to drive it
I checked the resistance of the coil according to the helms’ specs it was good. I made sure it was timed yesterday, and yeah the rotor is spinning… what else controls spark in the car… does the Main fuel relay have something to do with it…
well, lets go in order that the spark travels, there is no spark at the plugs, is there spark going into the cables?
Is there power at the rotor?
pull the rotor and see if there is power going into it.
just trying to give you options i’m not sure what the problem is but it could be any of those.

im unsure at which 2 to jump but theres 2 wires side by side on one of the corners that u can jump to bypass the relay. i wanna say theyre the red ones but wait till someone tells u for sure. also when you put your car on accessory do you here your fuel pump prime if not more than likely the relay
Make sure your battery is giving you enough voltage…sometimes it’ll give you juice but not enough. It might be helpful if you give us a list of symptons. I just went through a similar scenario…
Traced the problem to the ECU… i have 5 OBD-I Ecu’s… there is no power coming from the ECU to the distributor. Are there any other relays that go the ECU other than that 10A fuse? I am not getting power some how… and there is no way that i fried 5 ECU’s. How can i test this… What wire does this circut draw power from?!.. About to junk this LSV Chassis, getting really pissed off…
Oh trust me… Tested worked fine… replaced it all anyways… there is Power from the Main fuel relay AND the fuse …
But screw this car… i just pulled the LS/V last night and I’m going to drop it into my DA… Just throwing this car aside until I get sick of working on the DA… I’ll come back to it…
