Non Altezza Clear Tail Lights!!!

So I was curious as to where I can get my hands on some NON Altezza style tail lights. Basically something like the stock ones just completly clear. I know I’ve seen them before, but everywhere I look on the internet, all I can ever find are freakin’ altezza or “euro” style lights. Any kind of point in the right direction would help…I’ve already read in the teg tips about taking out the orange backing on the stock tail lights, but that still leaves the red…but either way I’m trying to avoid having to do something like that, I’ll do it if it’s my last resort and on a pair I order off ebay or something. Again, thank you for any help…

to remove the “pink lines” you can use this stuff called castrol superclean degreaser and hot water.you take off the taillight, and put superclean, and hot water inside the tails.swish it around a bit and rinse.if it doesn’t all come out then repeat…this isnt really a good explaination of how to do this but im sure someone else will go into some more detail. if i dont make sense… its because im really tired right now, and will write up something better tomorrow for ya.

Edit: oh wait are you talking about ones like this http://www.g2ic.com/members/premier/novtec1/
if so then i have no idea…maybe u can e-mail him and find out.

http://img287.echo.cx/my.php?image=00000195xq.jpg i got these for sale for 40obo that includes shipping

i remember reading a while back that one of the company’s that made the all clear lights quit making them, your best bet would be to find a set used, possibly on ebay if you are lucky.

just remember that all clear lights are ILLEGAL unless you have the colored bulbs, and the painted bulbs tend to fade, the colored glass ones are generally better but i think they cost a bit more as well. just something to think about

www.autodynamics.com or autodynamic.com which ever is the car parts site.

they sell all clear taillights for our cars for like 130

Thanks a lot! I never thought I’d ever find them. Again, thank you

These were so year 2000. Had these and it attracted police like rotten meat attracts flys. I ended up painting it all red. Looked pretty slick all red.

Thread is like 7 years old. Just shows how styles have changed.
