ive actually jumped ship on the build, been selling off parts, but some of them dont seem like they will sell…so i was thinking of just building a stockish type gsr motor so i can pull out my a1 and make my bay sexy then have the b18c1 in it afterwards. so the high compression wouldnt be an issue now…ya i bought a cadillac cts so now i dont enjoy the db1 like i used to

Yeah, these pistons will put your compression in the 12.0:1-12.7:1 range from the research I’ve done so not really for mild builds… lol. They came with my block when I bought it and I want to keep my compression lower than that so these need to go. Good luck with whatever route you go with the build though.

DA_all_day- I shipped out the shift knob right now. I’m not sure why but they mde me fill out a customs form. Is that common?
its cuz he’s in japan, but they ship it through a military post office to keep the cost down for the military guys, so it has to go threw customs lol

Thats because they use the california location as a distribution center basically. As far as the shipper is concerned, once it makes it there its delivered.
So its a domestic address with an international destination. Make sense?
But not everyone with an apo and fpo are international. Some people have one and are in america.
