NSX Rims

I know a 5 lug brake conversion would be needed, but would it be possible to mount on a set of NSX rims, preferably the ones below?

I would say you would have some serious issues with the rear wheels rubbing. You have to realize they are 17x9 in the rear, so they are pretty wide and would require a minimum of a 255 tire on them which would be pretty hard to stuff under the back of a teg without serious modding/tubbing.

but they would work if you ended up with 2 pairs of the fronts as they are not as wide as the back wheels at 17x7, so that would be your best bet and run the normal 17" tires most honda guys use 215/45 or 205/40 or something similar in size.

However they would look pretty good on one of our cars, I say go for it as long as you can find 4 front wheels.

I’ve thought about this as well, but with the 98 style that were like the itr wheels. And getting 4 fronts. So i’d have 4 16".

4 NSX fronts:

ugly

whats ugly about them?

They are very unique considering theres only a handful of guys putting them on other cars besides a NSX. He would be probably the only person to put them on a 2nd gen integra.

whats ugly about them?

Too big, too wide, too ugly and too unneccessary for the DA.

Yup… you’re sure damn right he’ll be the only one, cuz it’s… too big, too wide, too ugly and too unneccessary for the DA.

IYHO.

hmmm, i dont think is that bad, but if you get the same rims as the ones in the S2000, i’d say you minus will just get ITR rims, now the new ones i think is better looking…the fronts you can get away with 205’s, and if you want to put the 9" rears, you can get away with some nice 225’s or 235’s…and maybe some spacers…and some fender rolling depending on how low the car is…

they look sick to me:fingban:

I don’t think they’d look right on a DA either. I just wanted people to see what 4 fronts look like.

Yeah, I figured I would probably go with 2 sets of fronts since the rears are wider. I don’t have any suspension tuning done on my current DA, as everything is stock and I won’t be putting any money into it since it is an auto. But, on my next DA, I was considering to go with the NSX rims because I haven’t seen them on anything else.

I don’t like it either.

The ones on the S2000 are ugly, look at the picture I posted and those are the ones I’m talking about.

The ones in the picture you posted are uglier. They look like 04-05 TSX wheels.

the s2000 looks nice. somehow they remind me of prodrive. doesnt prodrive make rims that look like that or similar?

lol, its funny how everyone considers unique stuff ugly, ya’ll are way to into having your cars look exactly the same all sleeper/JDM looking or whatever. I really would like to see these wheels on a 2nd gen. Right now I am working on a set of +size wheels for mine, I know everyone and their mom is going to hate on it on here but I will be 1 of only a handful to have put wheels in that size on the car. Just like if the OP goes through with trying to put NSX wheels on his, It would be extremely unique and original, somewhere in the car culture unique and original got lost I believe.

Both pics of the NSX wheels look sick to me, especially the S2K. I’m with Da9tegra, being unique is what car modding is all about. And I don’t care what other people say, I like G2’s with 17’s or even 18’s!

Just cuz it’s unique and different doesn’t mean it’s always going to look good… think about it…

what if it look good for the owner of the car?
