Regardless of what you were saying your statement was written as fact, when in reality it was speculation. That’s the biggest problem with forums, people use the wrong method of phrasing posts and it confuses people. If you don’t know for a FACT, then make that CLEAR in your post.
Your joke may have been a joke, but dealing with water getting into an intake is a legitimate concern so a statement like that isn’t obviously a joke. When is someone going to come up with a sarcasm font?
