I was just wondering on the oem acura integra visor on the sunroof. Did all of them came with the ACURA stamp on them, because mine does not have the stamp. Wondering if anybodys the same with stamp or w/o. Just want to know if mines OEM, looks exactly alike the OEM, came with the hinges and has the rubber protection piece on it. I just took it off, and it looks like its been there since day one. I just bought this 92 da gs in august 09. any info please…

i gotta post up pics, I truly think mine is OEM, I even have the marks on my car to prove it. or maybe it was added in the future, or could it be of a ef 88-91 civic si or ex.
I’ve gone through 3 oem visors and they all said acura. Even the ones in junkyards. Also the oem ones are held in with 2 clips… the aftermarket ones are held in with double sided tape.
Mine says Acura. Honestly there is no way to tell if the visor has been there since day one. Just because there are marks on the paint doesn’t really mean it’s been there since day one. This isn’t CSI, like how they can tell how long somebody has been dead. I don’t think you can tell how long your visor has been on your car. I would say if it doesn’t say Acura then it’s not oem. Either way it looks the same and does the same thing so enjoy it!
yes that is true that it looks the same, but I put this thread up just to find out. everything is exact like the oem, has clips on both sides, with a 10mm bolt on bottom and phillips to remove on top on both sides, am i right or wrong, maybe it was shaved off.
the one i sold DAtIntegra35 did have say acura.the current one i have now says honda.lol
it does sound like yours is OEM.Most aftermarket uses double sided tape.
so it sounds like oem, ok, but I havn’t figure where it came from. Is mine the only rare one if its oem w/no logo. I gotta check other hondas and acura application
I just found one at the junk yard yesterday, I was soooo excited jumping for joy lol, it was on a 80 something toyota sedan. I went to go look at the visor, and it was stamped ACURA, I took it off and tried to measure it on a DA from the junk, and it was a little bit bigger than the DA, I was like man, damn that sucks, and than I went to the acura Legend and it was a direct match for the sunroof, so I left it there. So this tells everybody, when you go to the junk and see other visors on different cars, always check those other cars too, you never know to find differnt brands, might say HONDA OR ACURA…LOL
