I have recieved both, just replied to the email, I frequently travel to work in rural areas with rough terrain, cell coverage is a luxury, if I am allowed to have it at all. Definitely a pain in a situation like this, I’m definitely not blowing you off!

Not sure when you moved to Ohio but I’ve lived in Cincinnati since 92 and I may be wrong but I believe Ohio BMV stopped requiring e-checks sometime around 2006. Like I said I may be wrong, good luck with sale.

Depends on the county. I’m pretty sure Cleveland/Akron area still has e-checks… Definitely none in rural areas or central Ohio.
