I own a 1992 GSR. In July of 2007 I decided the engine and transmission was growing old. I knew how rare this car (mainly because of the engine and transmission) is, and did not want to damage the motor or transmission. Being young and mechanically inclined, I wanted to rebuild both as a learning experience. I bought a JDM B18C from Hmotorsonline to use in the mean time.

When I took it out, the engine ran well. It consumed a little oil, maybe a quart or so in between oil changes. The transmission shifted but the 3rd gear synchro was wearing out.

Since I took it out, it has been sitting in my garage. I never disassembled either. However I did steal the ignition coil and TPS.

It pains me to do this. I am going to let someone else take my project from here.

I think the price is right.

I would like to buy some winter wheels and tires. So it would be nice if I could find someone to buy my engine. Then I would have room to store my summer wheels and I would have the money to buy my winter wheels and tires.
