I just started driving my gsr with 146,000 miles on it. I changed the oil and used 10w30. It idles kind of rough sometimes. What is the recommended oil for a b17a with that many miles?

10w30 is right. for colder areas 5w30 is recommended. ur idle problem is probably something else.
