Ok I know when you get one pieces they are not brand new, and often have yellowing on them. But is this yellow outside the lens, or inside? Why didn’t those japs make the one pieces glass? :sad: Those would have been so much better. But anyways can someone help me with this yellowing question?

ok most of the yelllowing is outside…due to clearcoat
sometimes its yellow inside due to condensation and it sits there and then starts to yellow…
Oh I guess I never thought of weight diffrences in the headlights, but I guess your right, plastic would be much lighter than glass. Ok well thanks for letting me know about the yellowing.

the yellow is easy to clean off also… I promise this will work and wont hurt anything… get some finger nail polish remover a rag and u know put some of the finger nail polish remover on the rag then wipe the 1 peices clean!.. will make them look brand new and super clear!

Worked for me…
Just buy some that have no yellow in them at all, I got mine off JDM recycler on ebay and he guaranteed them not to be yellow. He shipped them super fast 2 days later I got em and he wasn’t lying, perfect headlights.

nail polish remover will make the yellow go away but it wont make them shiny and crystal clear… if you want go through the wetsanding process with compounds and polish or you can ry the nail polish remover and then plastic cleaner/polisher and see how that works
NVR Dull or something like that… Specifically made… found at local auto parts store…
isnt nvr dull a metal cleaner?
