Oil drain plug gasket maybe
if u read he says he doesn’t have an oil leak
lol i was gonna post saying that…
Tight compression numbers are great to have, but a bad piston oil ring can still hide behind those numbers. The only thing left that it has to be burning off somewhere or it is leaking into your coolant. Are 100% certain that you don’t have any blue smoke even at wide open throttle (WOT)? I would also suggest running a leak down test. If you have the ability to do a compression test a leak down test is only another gauge away.
what about your pcv system, you might have a bad pcv valve. what oil are you running?
300 or 3000?
i have blue smoke just noticed. when i first press the gas after that it turns white could it be head gasket?
nope works good. and im running valvaline sae 30

Blue smoke indicated you are burning oil… white smoke could indicat ea HG issue or maybe you are running on the rich side and a bit hot.
If you have the means too, check the valve seals or guides on the exhaust side. Remove the exhaust manifold and check your ports, carbon build up on and around the valve equals a leak.
You won’t necessarily blow blue smoke at idle or while driving, might see some at high rpm revs like if you were to have it at WOT but definitely something to check if your losing oil.
I recently discovered this problem on my built motor, I wasn’t necessarily burning oil but it was loosing it somewhere. It had me going crazy until I pulled the motor to do some other maintenance and found a lot of build up on the #3 exhaust port .
