i have the infamous b20b, and for crvtec you cant really utilize a area on the block to run a knock sensor. using a p28, works, doenst read a knock sensor, if i went this route, what chip or whatever do i buy to make it work for a DOHC motor?
anything else im missing or you would like to add please do

get a diff ecu or a J&S if you want a knock sensor that bad
I am running a p28 on my ls-v and I am using the mugen chip and the skunk2 chip (not at the same time of course). anyone that programs these ecu can do it for you…many member recommend hyperducktuning.com? you might wanna search, not sure if thats how u spell the site.

i have lsvtec… i had the same trouble…
my lsvtec works fine with the P28 but i need to tell you i bought the GSR Skunk2 chipped and that was awesome…
the GSR Skunk2 does detect the knock sensor… so you need to relocate it…
i relocate it in the chasis and trow the lines to the ecu and guess what…
it works awesome!!! now i got 10hp more than the P28 and it works very hard as hell…

when you buy chipped ecu dont they eliminate the ks anyways>?
where is your vtec crossover?
