painting body parts

Im gunna have to repaint my car soon or paint certain body panels to it cuz of small accidents that bother me. For instance, the melt in the front bumper from my space heater, that i had to fill with bondo along with the license plate holes which were equally annoying. So anyway my dad used to own his own car painting business, and he gave me some basic information when he was around, but I never talk to him anymore, so I was hoping you guys could help me a little further. So I bondoed everything in and now im looking to paint. I have the spray gun, the compressor, paint reducer, hardener, and primer. I think all I need is the actual factory matched paint. First off where could I get the paint(92 captiva blue pearl)? Secondly if I just strip the bumper of old paint then prime, and spray with the reduced, and hardened factory paint, would it come out the same as the rest of the car or do I have to wet sand or what do i have to do? please help. thanks
