Wonder how good these would look on our 1-peices? I might have to invest in these.

I have seen a few civics out there with yellow lights they are brite but I know its a ticket. cops look at me alot.

I have to many tickets. Iam so happy I have not got pulled over in 4years

Actually, I remember reading pages and pages of regulations and what not just doing a bunch of research trying to figure out how to keep it legal. In reference to lighting, I remember that the headlights may be white or yellow, front turn signals must be orange/amber with an orange/amber reflector visible from the front and side of the vehicle, rear turn signals must be red or orange/amber, and brake lights must always be red. If yellow headlights were illegal, everyone with hazy old plastic housings is screwed.

i think my dad’s old datsun pickup had yellow lights, i dont think it’ll be a problem.

Initially I was going to get the yellows but after realizing that the fogs are yellow; I figured it would be a bit much so I ordered the hyper white. Just got them in today. I’ll see about putting them on tonight. I’ll be sure to take before and after shots.

first pic is of standard bulb. second is the hyper white bulb. last is a comparison shot. sorry for shitty pics. don’t have a real digital camera yet so the phone will have to do a bit longer i suppose. oh well just to get the idea across.

it depends on the state. In Pa we dont need orange on our turn signals and can have yellow lights. If a cop pulls u over ask why the trucks dont get pulled over.

looks nice, what’s the visibility like at night? aren’t polargs the same k? these look a lot whiter than my polargs…

thelate1: visibility is so much better at night really. i couldn’t believe how much better it was over the stock h4h’s. i know nothing about the polargs so i can’t really say.

i can say that when you turn the brights on, there isn’t much difference than leaving them off. just a tad bit brighter. i might need to do some adjusting to the lights though. overall, i am quite pleased with them though. $35 for some new bulbs and free shipping so i think it was quite a good deal. :up:

I’m interested in the difference between the PW and Luminic Ultra whites. But for the money those look pretty good.

are these bulbs like the sylvania silverstars, they look kinda blue at certain angle but at other angles theyre white , let me know asap cuz im interested in buying some real quick

Yes, they do have a bluish look to them at certain angles. I have no idea about the Sylvania’s though. I’ve had them for a while now and I am quite pleased. I’d recommend them.
