If so, thanks!
It was the first time I really messed with this old(very old) Nikon SB-24.[/QUOTE]

Yes you.

A few of mineā€¦ Super amateur stuff. D40 I still havenā€™t quite figured out yetā€¦ Be gentleā€¦

Iā€™m not a huge fan of HDR, but the first one is quite nice. Very vivid colors. The second one is a bit too over processed for me.

Yeah, went a bit far w/that second one, but I love how it brought out the detail (in the full size, more apparent)ā€¦

Iā€™m not a fan of HDR either. Iā€™d like to see that first one as a single image.

Had our annual senior send off for work last night at D&Bs. I was the only one with a camera :squint:

edit: fixed

edit 2:
and i absolutely DISLIKE the Rebel XTā€™s auto autofocus. It has reaffirmed why I manually choose the middle focus point.

white balance!!!

I know I havenā€™t uploaded this one

canā€™t remember if I put these ones up or not

Zee originalā€¦

much better IMO.

Thanks!! Been on a HDR kick lately, just like all the detail it brings outā€¦

A few from a shoot i did on friday

My 1st timeā€¦
Nikon D40x w/stock auto focus lens.

We have this exact same setting, classic art deco design

Looking for some wide angle / fisheye recommendations (canon mount only please) as I think Iā€™m finally in the market for one. Some example pics would be great.

I had been set on the Tokina 10-17 f/3.5-4.5 but am now thinking maybe the Sigma 10mm f/2.8 would be better.

Current lenses:
Sigma 30mm f/1.4
Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8
Canon 55-250mm f/4.5-5.6

A friend of mine just got a wide angle, pretty sure itā€™s the Tokina you mentioned. He also finished his automotive rig last week, so we tried it out on my Si.

All the pics are here.

One of mine from a recent outing

from the 4th

wish i could have gotten a little distanceā€¦hard to predict where theyā€™re gonna go if youā€™re essentially under them.

I didnā€™t even know Justin was that much into photography. But he has an unfair advantage of knowing all the ins and outs of Photoshop.
