pinch weld qwestions?

hay i am slowly redoing the body on me car and i got to the pinch welds and i am not to sure what to do with them. they r so rust and not even there so i dont know. a buddy of my said to just fold them over but i am not sure if i like that idea.

if u guys could give me some ideas that would be great!!! :slight_smile:
