Can you recreate the leak with a hose?
Take a look under Assistance / interior there is a thread with links for the fix on 2nd generation integras. If that does not help I would suggest checking on Hondatech.
Same thing happened in my 95 GSR a few years back. You have to remove the plastic cowling at the bottom of the windshield and repair the seal underneath. The factory one deteriorates over the years allowing water to leak through and run down the firewall soaking the carpet.
It could also be a clog aircon drain plug that is leaking down into the passenger side.
