I just rebuilt my b18a with p30 pistons and crower 403’s, among many other things. I started it up and the car ran really rough, and the idle was erratic. We looked at the timing and slid the intake cam gear over one notch. The car ran smoother, but I am unable to give it any gas and it dies immediately, through tweeking I can give it gas now but i floor it and the RPM’s barely go up at all, and I mean BARELY. I checked the throttle cable and fuel pressure is at 35-40. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
I was thinking maybe I should slide the intake gear back where it was and adjust the exhaust gear accordingly…
