ok, my car is messed up. i raced some z3 roadster from a dead stop and right after that i noticed a slight vibration, which got worse. after trying everything i could think of, its still not fixed, BUT i found were its coming from a few minutes ago. the drivers front wheel/and brake rotor is loose or somthing. like, i put it on some jack stands and i can easily shake the whole wheel. anyone have any clue what this is? please help…TIA
come on tony, i see you whoring the boards, do you have any idea?
the bearing in the hub i believe or behind the rotor! mine are broke and they do the same exact thing!
damn, how much is that? would racing have caused that?
outter tie rod could be too, wheels will shake if bad, both of mine were
probably a lot cheaper to replace also cost me 18 bucks a rod and 20 dollar installation
anyone else?
Everything I can think of: loose lug nuts, busted wheel bearing, bad upper or lower ball joint, bad tie rod end, loose axle nut, steering rack loose, hummmm…thats about it for now.
If you jack your car up, and can shake the wheel back and forth towards you. It’s the bearing. Thats a sure sign they’re f**ked with a capital “F”. Unless your lugs are loose…
wheel bearing hands down----why did it say post moved due to ignorance??
