Pluging antenna hole

What do you guy without an antenna use to plug the hole when theres nothing there. My antenna came out about a week ago, and I kinda like the look without it being there anymore. Problem is I need to plug the hole with something, and I cant think of what. Any help would be appreciated.

try a search…

i plugged mine with a plug from a accord i believe.try a search to find the part numbers, i don’t remember them.i believe there are three pcs you must get:the plug, a rubber washer, a plastic nut.
hope that helps.

From what I’ve searched on this site, this is the best way to do it. Weld a small piece of metal over the hole from the inside of the car, then bondo the exterior. Hope That Helps.

Well, until I get my plug I cut a circular peice of a magnet and painted the tob black. It looks exactly like a plug on my white Teg, and works great. Some people actually say it looks cleaner than a plug! :slight_smile:

USDM 92 Accord DX plug fits … I am using good old electrical tape to seal the hole for now (my teg is black :wink: ) … ghettooooo werd!

OK, I searched on hondaautomotiveparts.com and got this:

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=Accord&catcgry2=1992&catcgry3=4DR+DX&catcgry4=KA4AT&catcgry5=GROMMET-PLUG

not sure what plug it is… :think:

i got the accord plug from my local honda dealer. total cost was like 11$ but it was a backorder part and took 5 months for me to get, the part numbers are as follows;

39161-SF1-000 =CAP
39162-SF1-000 =NUT
39163-SF1-000 =GASKET

those dont work cor Canada.

Same part #'s I used to plug my wiper hole … Like it better than other plugs as it sits almost flush compared to the other plugs I’ve seen … I just walked into the stealership and they happened to have 'em sitting there … Gotta get another set for when I remove my antenna, 'til I do the actual body work …
