polishing gsr blades

hey guys i searched in this forum thread and in teg tips and i cant find it. i remember seeing it on here somewhere, but does anyone know how to polish up the blades? because i know you have to use that stripper from kragen then i dont know which grit sandpaper to use. let me know guys thanks

start from lowest to highest (2000grit) either dry/wet and end with wet… then polish up with some kind of polisher… have fun…

and you can go here too same guideline

depends on how bad the imperfections are on your wheel.
i started with some aircraft stripper. 3 / 4 of my wheels were in good condition. one of them had a few curb rashes on the face of the wheel so i used an orbital sander with 220 grit. after that you can work your way up.

best suggestion i could give you is spend your time with the lower grits and dont rush it… because if you jump to the higher grits too soon, you’ll be putting in a lot of elbow grease.

thing is the 3 / 4 wheels i had were already shiny once i removed the clear coat off of them with the aircraft stripper. so all i need is some higher grit sandpaper and use some polish to get a uniform shine and im good to go.

so it all depends on what you need.
