These things are seriously awesome, and seriously expensive compared to traditional connectors.

I bought a pack to install my new head unit, and they were definitely superior to the crimp connectors (including bullet, spade etc.)
I think they’re worth the expense though. If you can get them for under $1 a piece, that’s probably a good deal.

Lol, leave it to an engineer. I just solder and use heat shrink tubing, cheap and extremely effective.

Ain’t nobody got time for that! You ever tried to solder a wire inside the bumper? Not enough slack and not enough room to get an iron in there! Fuhgettaboutit!
