Bringing this thread back, Neil I’m having the same problem when i tighten the bolts back. The pump does not spin at all, or I can’t do it by hand at least. Please help! I need to have this ps pump working asap. Do I have the lube the gears really good or something?
Anyone? When I put the pully back on and tighten it down, it moves somewhat but still very hard. Is it because its not under the pressure when its on the car and since there’s very little power steering fluid in it?
