Primering up my Da

So i am getting ready to start the fun project of sanding down and repainting my da, but first i have a few questions about primer. I do not know if i need laquer or if i need enamel. Which one is better? also i will be using POR-15 rust preventive paint on the wheel wells and a few other spots. is it safe to primer over that?

They also make a primer → http://www.por15.com/Primers/products/3/

:bump:

ive used por 15 products on a couple integras ive had im very impressed with how they work i strongly suggest using them especialy if u live in the north where rust is a issue im go glad i used it ITS SAVING MY TEG EVERYDAY FROM RUSTING OUT

since youre asking questions ill ask you some. what grit of sand paper would you or anyone recomend to use for sanding runs on primer off my fenders, before i re paint them?

so do you use the high build primer on top of the por-15?
