problem starting..main relay/ignition?

alright guys my car has problem starting up…its not my starter because i just replced that…when i turn my key to start it wont start i have to keep playing with it from on to turn on…
sometimes it starts sometime it doesnt…only way for me to start it sometime is the split wire trick n the neg and positve on the starter…
what do u guys think it is the main relay? or ignition

So your saying the starter motor is not working and that is what you mean bu “not starting”, is that correct?

Also are you doing a bypass jump, “split wire trick” ? 94
