Okay, my opener cable seemed to be stuck and my hatch won’t lock properly. Now it’s just sitting there and anyone can pop it open.
My question is, how do you disconnect the opener cable at the lock in the back? I have had the panel removed, but it seems like you have to reach in or something… Please help

Hatch Lock
This isn`t a very difficult proble. Remove the inner trunk pastic, the one covering the lock. You can then unbolt the lock using a 10mm socket. You will then see the where the cable meets the lock, there is a plastic notch on the cable which slides into the lock to keep it from moving. Separate the cable from the lock and you should then be asily able to unhook the cable for the lock.
