Cpt- The cup holder sounds like the type off a ford tuarus, these cars don’t come with those type cup holders. can you post a pic?

cant post pics cause my cam is missing a wire.but i did some research and typed in taures cupholder and saw some pics.the prev owner put in the cupholders from a taures.thanks for info.
Well, the way this thing runs I had thoughts of what the hell is done to it. He said it was chipped and i first put it to the test to check if it had the governer to limit my speed like in my LS. Stretched her legs on the highway and SUPRISE! Passed 110mph and then i thought, hell, keep on keepin on, and BOOM 135… Let off after that adrenaline was already pumpin. Yea i believe its chipped and i have to further look into the head n see what kinda valvetrain is installed. This thing pulls like a champ. No exhaust but the motor is so fuckin loud. Could this be just the 97 head and the Skunk IM makin it sound so beastly? Really the motor sounds amazing not like any other swapped Honda here locally (execption of exhaust). I did notice when i changed the valve cover gaskets/grommets it did have ARP head studs. Side from my TB being installed my next mission is to find out what the hell is going on with this DB. I think i scored big time and will keep yall updated haha

sick news man gotta love surprise upgrades.gettin my db2 back saturday(popped head g) just got off phone with mechanic and he says swap has less than 25k on it.said everything looks new.and the ITR cams are actually in there!! whoo whoo.
Hey Titan you know anyone around here that might have the tool for adj valves?
If you know someone that work for the dealer, they could probly get you one. I think I paid about $30 for mine. remember the Vtec and LS ones are different (10 vs 12 mm jam nut) so specify which one.

If I remember you can make your own tool. Take and extra combo wrench and bend a 90* at the box end. Since your in grease monkey school you should have the tools to do it. Google it. I think i saw how to make one in one of the Project Car magazines to.

Ohh yea updates on my car
I replaced my alt, PS, and AC belts and pulled vac on my AC system and verted to 134a for the up n coming summer. Also found my old shift knob from one of my Gen2 DSMs n put it in. Love the look n feel of it. Ill have some pics tomorrow being i’m staying at Mom Dukes casa for the weekend.

Lube Question…
I plan on troubleshooting my abs light problem this weekend and was wondering while im under there what would be a good product to lube up the suspension bushngs just to keep things in check. I do have a can of that white lithium grease spray, would that be ok or would it cause any problems with the bushing material? I also plan on swapping out that EBC brake set up i just bought and installed on my Jasper not to long ago, n put it on the DB2. Ive got a little headshake when applying brakes at highway speeds so might as well. Researched the part numbers for the pads n rotors and they are in fact the same. Thanks

Well swapped my EBC set up from my LS to GSR (Just Front, Rears next weekend). Everything went well and checked out good brake wise. Pulled the ABS sensors and DAMN! WTF they looked like the ones in the tegtips or worse. Little simple green n a rag cleaned em right up and I reset the ABS computer thingy too. Smooth braking and no more shake or abs light. Did notice my pass side outer cv boot starting to tear a lil so something ill get into later. Sorry but as soon as i went to tackle this chore, wifey hauled ass with the camera in her purse again n i wasnt able to get ne shots >< .

damn i really need to check out my abs light to.my braking is feeling kinda spongy.like i gotta push down halfway on the pedal to get some brakes.all pads are good so hopefully its the abs.get us some pics of the db2.its on blades now right?
Yea its on blades thats how i bought it. Might be your Master cylinder going out. Ive read that if the abs light is on your abs functionality is disabled but regular breaking is still operable. When my abs light was on i didnt have the problem of the actuator pumping. Let us know how and if you fix it.

so nice! i just got a integra gs, but with full gsr interior, motor and trans lol i believe its painted that black color that was on the gsr in canada? if thats even true. love the ride tho!
