Would it be possible to cut this piece off (without damaging the structure of the car)of the car that is UNDER the car it scrapes on everything around my house ( i live in a neighboorhodd with speedbumps the size of mt rainer )

I can see this thread being closed because the headline. And cutting that off would be a very bad thing cause our cars are unabodys and that is the main structure plus its also the part you use to jack the car up.
FACT! (The Office reference; first thing I thought of when I saw the title was Dwight always saying that haha) I’m pretty sure grinding or cutting that off would make your car lose its structural integrity
