questions about radius arms

is there any rubber pieces where the radius arm and the crossmember connect, and if so if they went bad would that make my wheel shift back when i shift gears?

When i got a clutch put in the shop ppl said that it was hard to put it back on they had to force if in a bit.

can anyone help me out

thanks

Yes, there’s a huge rubber bushing on either side of the cross member (the radius rod goes through it) and then a washer and then the nut.

You can get new, beefier ones from energy suspension as well.

I’m not sure if it would cause your steering wheel to move when you shift (that might be bad motor mounts causing excessive torque steer?). If they’re in really bad shape, you should be able to wiggle the wheels forward and back with the front of the car raised.
